Appraisal Pricing and Turn Times

Pricing for a typical single-family residence, townhome, or condominium generally starts at $400, depending on the scope of work and intended use of the appraisal.

Properties that are unique, complex, non-typical, or involve specialized assignment conditions may require additional analysis and are quoted individually. To request a fee quote, please use the “Send Me a Text” option on our home page and complete the short form, or contact us directly.

We make every effort to schedule inspections within 24 hours of order receipt, subject to availability. Once the inspection is completed, most appraisal reports are delivered within 3–5 business days.

What Affects Appraisal Pricing

Appraisal fees are determined by several factors, including property type, size, and complexity, location and market conditions, the intended use of the appraisal, the scope of work and reporting requirements, and the level of research required to develop a credible opinion of value.

Each appraisal assignment is evaluated individually to ensure compliance with USPAP standards and to provide a well-supported, defensible valuation.
